On January 14, on the basis of the secondary school “School No. 87”, teachers of the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology once again met with teachers working in this educational institution to organize a productive dialogue on relevant topics for modern educational practices. The meeting was organized in the format of master classes:
1. The master class "Destructive behavior of students: the student’s personal immaturity" was conducted by Ryumina Irina Mikhailovna, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor of the department of developmental and educational psychology. As part of the event, the necessary conditions were created for teachers to understand the totality of factors that determine such behavior of students. Irina Mikhailovna talked about the causes and goals of destructive behavior of children and adolescents, introduced the directions and tactics of preventing destructive behavior, maintaining the harmonious development of the personality of students. Separately, as part of the Ryumin I.M. master class paid attention to the issue of how to attract parents to cooperation in the situation of building partnerships in the student-teacher-parent system.
2. Master class "Portrait of a modern student: problems of interaction." The master class was held by Elfimova Maria Mikhailovna, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor of the department of developmental and educational psychology and Tsaritsentseva Oksana Petrovna, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor of department of age and educational psychology. At the beginning of the event, Tsaritsentseva O.P. the general logic of building a dialogue was set, the modern social situation was considered as a source of socialization of the child from which he draws models, forms of behavior, value orientations and attitudes. Based on the above facts M. Elfimova further creative work with teachers was organized to search for resource strategies for their behavior and to expand their own behavioral repertoire. In the process of group work, teachers compiled, analyzed and compared the image of the modern student and the image of the ideal student. As a result of the discussion of the consequences of the discrepancy in assessments of different images of students, teachers formulated risks in interaction with the student and the directions for overcoming these risks.
The master classes were held in a warm, relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Everything that the teachers heard will undoubtedly be useful to them in their future work.
Directions for further interaction were identified. Teachers identified issues relevant to them that they would like to consider in future meetings.
